1, binding specifications

2, binding thickness
The binding thickness is the thickness of the document that can be bound by the binding machine, usually in millimeters (mm), but some products are measured by the number of sheets (number of sheets). The general binding machine can bind more than 20mm to 50mm, and has special requirements of 70mm, or 400 to 700 pages. Ordinary applications can choose 20mm products. Optional binding thicker products with special needs.
3, milling cutter form
The milling cutter form refers to the installation method of the milling cutter inside the binding machine, which is generally comb type and pull type. However, according to the size of the milling cutter, it can be divided into small milling cutter, large milling cutter, small milling cutter + large milling cutter, sun milling cutter and so on. Among them, the small milling cutter is especially suitable for the office, and the sun milling cutter can realize the binding hard cover luxury text. Small milling cutter + large milling cutter is suitable for design institutes, colleges and universities, copy shops, small and medium-sized printing plants, short-running fast-loading books, tenders and drawing binding. Binding machine usage
There are many types of binding machines but they work similarly. In addition to the fully automatic binding machine, the general binding machine can be roughly divided into the following two steps.
The first step is to punch holes. The general binding machine has a scale on which the left and right positions can be adjusted. The back panel can adjust the front and back margins. The generally adjustable margin is about 2.5CM. The manual machine can be adjusted by the knob on the back of the machine. The automatic machine passes. The two knobs on the side are adjusted, and the hole can be punched after the position is good.

b. Make sure the glue has been dried before binding. If the glue is not dry, the binding will affect the life of the drill.
c. If you are unskilled, try not to punch holes in the original hole. When you are binding, you should reserve a certain margin. Do not lean too far.
d. Use the manual binding machine to pay attention to the length of the knife.
The second step is manual hot riveting. After the hole is finished, the riveted pipe will be cut automatically and dropped into the take-up groove. Simply put the cut riveting tube into the hole, translate it to the left rivet head, insert the centering shaft into the riveting tube and then press the handle. The pressing can only stay for 2-3 seconds.
